Yes.
The Ninf-G 2.4.0 middleware works with Pre-WS of Globus Toolkit 4.
By default, you have to run configure of Ninf-G with
"--without-mds" option.

If you need Pre-WS MDS, you have to run configure of Globus Toolkit 4
with "--enable-prewsmds" option.
