I used to meet that warnings sometime, too.
I just ignored though...

It looks the bug is registerd to Globus Bugzilla #959 or #928.
( http://bugzilla.globus.org/globus/show_bug.cgi?id=959 )

On Globus Toolkit 2.4.1, The bug seems to fixed.
