I see.
But, I didn't try to install Globus Toolkit (as GT)
many times.
And It looks, this problem is GT installation problem.

I suggest to back up all GT configuration data,
clean up your previous GT installation and
source directory, compile directory.
And then, install the GT again.

We use GT 2.4 from Red Hat Linux release 8.
GT 2.4 Installation guide is available on:
  http://www.globus.org/toolkit/docs/2.4/install.html
(Top page -> Globus Toolkit -> Documentation archive
  -> 2.4 Stable Release Documentation ->
  Installation Instructions or Admin Guide)
(Install from source bundle is better.)

This is uncertain information, but Information Service
SDK non thread flavor installation will fail.
only pthread flavor like gcc32dbgpthr installation success.

For more information,
It will be better support for you to ask Globus mailing
list (on globus.org) about this GT installation problem.

Umm, I didn't see these warnings and error.

I think It's safe to clean up GT installation and
install from first step again.

Collapsed installation may cause the next installation error.
(But, I can't guarantee the next installation success, sorry.)

We use GT2.4.3 on Red Hat Linux release 8.
Thus, You can install GT for your OS somehow.
I hope your good luck.

Thanks.
