I guess you don't have 'gcc32dbgpthr' flavor installed on your machine, that is assumed as a default flavor in the configure script.
could you check out the installed flavor(s) on your system and specify the flavor with the configure option: ' --with-globusFlavor=FLAVOR '.
I have globus installed (properly) and i am trying to install ninf-g. My globus location is set properly as well. When configureing ninf-g i get the following error:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/ng-4.1.0 loading cache ./config.cache checking for gpt-query... ok checking for globus-makefile-header server... ERROR: Cannot open /usr/local/gt4/libexec/globus-build-env-gcc32dbgpthr.sh! (Hint: This error is most commonly caused when no packages of the specified flavor type are installed..)
